Can't Log into My Account

    Every time I log into the account, I am taken to the home page and it shows "No forms". The log-in option displays in the upper right. I select it, and log into Jotform. Then, I am taken to the home page and it shows "No forms".

    I have tried this on multiple browsers and get the same result. I am now locked out of my account. Please advise as soon as possible.

    Hi @Michael,

    We apologize for the inconvenience. 

    If you recently reset your password, please make sure you are using the most updated one. HIPAA compliance accounts are usually locked out after multiple failed login attempts. 

    I have now flushed your login attempts, and you should be able to login now. 

    Let us know if you are still unable to access your account.

    I am still experiencing the same issue. I can log into my account, but no forms display and the "log in" shows in the menu at the top of the screen.
