Account not loading and now locked out

    Need help resetting account ASAP.

    We are experiencing a server lag which causes people to get locked out or unable to log in. Our developers have fixed that. Kindly check again and let us know if the issue persists on your end.

    It is still the same. i changed password to check but now i can login to some devices and some devices give the error message that the account is locked
