    Total is not changing in my payment tool.

    Hi - on my form named Saturday Tennis Camp Signup, the payment total does not show, even when items are selected. Also, the coupons don't work. 

    Please advise.

    Hello Karl,

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

    Upon checking your webpage, I was able to replicate the issue. The total is not getting changed when any of the products is selected.

    If you check your form's direct URL, the total works fine without any problem.

    There could be conflict between the JotForm scripts and other scripts available in your webpage. Because of the script conflict, the JotForm script which calculates the total is not working in your webpage.

    My suggestion is that you use your form's iFrame code to embed your form in your webpage. That should resolve the conflict and solve your problem. Here is a guide which should help you grab your form's iFrame code:  https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code
