locked out of account

    Hello,

    I am having huge issues with my jotform account. First, I logged in this morning and all of my forms were gone.

    Now, I tried to log in again and it said the account is locked due to too many failed attempts, which I had not tried to log in 10 plus times. But, I reset my password. I tried to log in again and it still gave the same message of too many failed attempts, so I reset it again and I am still getting the same message.

    This is a medical practice and I need to access my forms so I can download them for our patients. I need help on this urgently.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. We have experienced a DB replication lag which caused the issue. However, the issue should be fixed by now and you should be able to login normally.
