Getting a 404 error message

    The submission associated with the file doesn't seem to exist. It could have been deleted by the form owner, hence, the 404 not found error.

    If that's the case, deleting submission data is irreversible and will permanently remove it from our servers so there's nothing we can do about it, unfortunately.

    Im unclear on what you mean. The file was only uploaded, not deleted. Who is the form owner? I can see the attachment that was uploaded in the form. This form was never deleted, saved but not deleted so your reply is unclear.

    If I'm not mistaken, when you contacted us, you have not submitted the form, you have simply clicked on the Save button.

    If yes, then that is the reason my colleague is unable to view your uploaded file earlier.

    I just clicked on the link you have provided earlier and was able to download it just fine.
