I am not able to log into my account

     am unable to log into my account this morning. I get an errror "account locked due to more than 10 attempts" I have not tried 10 times. It suggested I reset my password to secure data and when I click on "forgot password" I get "Too Many Request" error message. Could someone help us ASAP. We have appointments scheduled on there we need to address right away.


    I was able to reset the password however I am still not able to log in. When I enter the user name and password now it trys to log in, circles for a little then just brings back the home log in screen.

    We apologize for inconveniences the issue caused to your business. The problem was caused by a database replication lag, but our developers just confirmed to us that it was fixed. You can reply if the issue continues in your end.
