Can I get an export of all of my form titles and any start/end dates?

I want to be able to archive off old forms and clean up my account a little to better find things. Can I export a list of all my forms at all with start/end dates or anything like that?

I cannot seem to clearly identify your concern.

However, if you want to export the form itself, you may do so by following the guide below.

You can also download your form submissions as Excel, PDF or CSV file.
