    Downgrade Account

    Hi,

    How do I go about changing the level of service for my account, currently I am on the Premium level but due to decreased usage it woudl seem I could manage on the free version.

    Hi Darron,


    Your JotForm subscription is paid using Credit Card which is handled by Plimus.
    To downgrade the account please login to JotForm then click on Account Settings
    from the bottom of the page. The Account Settings will show you a 'Cancel' button
    click on this button and you will be redirected to Plimus website.

    Your Plimus username is a long string of numbers from the original
    plimus email you received when you paid for JotForm.

    If you forgot the password you may visit the link below and enter the email
    address used upon sign up.

    Your account will stay Premium until the time you have paid for expires

    Hi Darron,

    The last payment made on your account was on 05/25/2009 which is good for two years. You were supposed to be billed last 05/25/2011 but for some reason, the payment did not push through, most probably due to invalid or outdated billing information.

    Since you were asking about downgrading to a free account, and to avoid unwanted charges in the future, I went out of my way and cancelled your subscription. Your account is now on free status.
