PDF saved in Dropbox has different format

    For some reason, the pdf - when downloaded from the dropbox folder, has the completed sections in different order to the actual form eg a question/answer from page 3 appears on page 1. However, if I look at the submitted pdf directly on the jotform website, the form sections are in the correct order.

    Please advise what might be the cause of this, and how to fix it??

    I checked your recently modified forms' PDF Editor and most of them have PDF Form and not a PDF Document.

    Please note that the Dropbox integration fetches the very first PDF Document within your PDF Editor and uses that format.

    If you have multiple PDF Documents, then you may be looking at a different format that the integration fetches.

    I suggest you delete the PDF Form/Document you have within that form and create a new one.
