No Jot Form Submission.

    When people are using my form at check out I'm having problems syncing the form with the PayPal payment. If the PayPal payment is completed I get an email with notification of payment but no supporting jot form submission. If they don't make a payment, I get the completed jot form but obviously no PayPal. I have already validated my PayPal account and gone threw many helpful links on the jot form website but none fixed this problem. I'm unable to take orders at this time so I need this resolved as fast as possible. Please advise.

    After checking your form (Form ID: 210536541325044), I have found that you have set up the PayPal Standard Integration is completed. PayPal Standard only requires your PayPal email address. Can I gently ask you to change your PayPal Account section to the correct one?

    Please note that if you are using PayPal Standard, your form fillers will be directed to a window to pay via PayPal after submitting your form. You can check my test screenshot below;

    After log in, they will be redirected the payment page like below;

    If you type in your email to connect the accounts, a process is created as above. You can check our PayPal Standard page: PayPal Payments Standard
