Help with Password Reset for Guest Account

    Greetings,

    Will you please send me a link to reset my password? I sent a request but I did not receive a password reset link. Currently, I am working on an application process that uses JotForm. There are several documents that I have uploaded. When trying to view those documents, to make sure the file is actually uploaded, I receive an OOPS error message. I was told it could be because I am not "signed in" to my account. Each time I work on the application, I click Save and Return later which provides me an email to continue working on my application at a later date. I do not sign in to continue working on my document. I do however need to verify if my uploaded documents can actually be viewed. Please advise on validity and please send me a reset link.

    Hi Pleshette Monroe,

    When I checked your account associated with this email Pleshette.Monroe@gmail.com, I noticed that it is a GUEST account. The guest account is a one-time login feature, so you can't reset the password in this account. 

    We invite you to create your free account with us. You'll be able to register using the same email address. But before that, in order for you to not lose your process, could you please provide us with the form ID of the form (or a form link) you've been working on so we can provide a solution?     To create a new free account:

    1) Go to https://www.jotform.com/,

    2) Click Sign Up on the top right of the page,

    3) Kindly select a method, fill the necessary information and proceed.
