API to link with Monday.com

Hi there, just wanting to know how this process works? Do BOTH ends need to provide a link? I've never done that kind of thing before.

We dno't have a paid account yet for Jotform but I would need to know if there is additional cost involved for this link, so I can get appropriate approvals
