Salesforce Integration: Can it transfer hundreds of thousands of data?

We are considering using Jotform's API to build an Covid-rental relief program to distribute $60M in federal funding, which would involve thousands of folks using the jotform to submit applications. I'm wondering if Jotform's Salesforce API is stable, mature, and reliable to build this type of critical application. When I setup to test, I ran into numerous compatibility issues where Jotform field types were not compatible with Salesforce and I had to use more basic field types to get the API to work. One indicator would be the number of clients using the Salesforce API (if thousands of customers are every day, that would be an encouraging data point). Thanks for any perspective on this.

    Greetings,

We actually have a direct integration with Salesforce, which you might consider.

    Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/271-how-to-setup-salesforce-integration

There's a process in the integration, wherein you map the fields from the form to their corresponding field types to Salesforce.

I hope this helps. If you are referring to something else please let us know.

I'm referring to this integration and how stable it is. Do you have tens,
hundreds or thousands relying on this integration today and anyone using it
    at scale?

    Hi there!

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Do you have tens, hundreds or thousands relying on this integration today and anyone using it at scale?

We can't actually answer this question because we don't collect this data. However, we can assure you that our Salesforce Integration is reliable, and there will be no issues with it. The form data will be forwarded to your Salesforce Account as soon as someone clicks on Submit.

Feel free to contact us if you need further assistance.
