Account suspended -password issue

    Hi there,

    I tried our password 3 times, using the correct one on the third attempt I believe and it has suspended our account. The reason I was logging in was to check the back end of our online forms... as it was saying that we have no forms when we sent the link to a client.

    Can you please look into our account and update me with what is happening.

    We should have less than 10 forms and one is used regularly.

    Also, when should we expect for the account to be un-suspended?
