Account Forms Suspended

    Greetings Support Team,

    My account is showing "Account Supsended". I was careful to not add any fields that could be considered phishing.

    Please let me know if there are any fields that need to be changed or if the account can be unsuspended.

    Thank you for reaching out.

    We understand this might not be the case with your form, yet we had to act according to the general rule to be in compliance with our Terms: Free accounts with non-corporate emails showing suspicious forms must be suspended immediately.

    In order to reactivate your account, we will have to delete the offending forms.

    Or, kindly provide us the following information:

    1. The URL where your form is used.
    2. Your website or proof of affiliation to a legitimate institution.

    We also need you to change your registered email to a corporate one to avoid getting flagged again by our phishing detector.

    Send these proofs to reviewers@jotform.com with Thread #2942150 as your subject. We will let you know about the status of your account after a thorough review of your proofs.

    What forms are offending and what fields on those forms are offending? I need to know because I was careful not to collect any personal information.

    The form https://www.jotform.com/form/210382038989060 found on your account is suspicious of phishing activity and flagged as fake loan offer.

    1. The URL where your forms are used.

    2. Your website or proof of affiliation to a legitimate institution.

    3. Share with us a document that will prove that you're authorized to use the said logos.

    We also need you to change your registered email to a corporate one to avoid getting flagged again by our phishing detector.
