Smart PDF Forms: Do I have to upload the pages separately?

One more question if I may? I have uploaded a PDF document and it has converted into a form, but only the last page. Do I have to upload the pages separately?

You don't have to upload each page and every page in the Original PDF form you have uploaded should be converted automatically. However, there might still be a possibility that some fields are not recognized as form fields and these fields are not converted.

You can, however, add the fields that were not converted manually to the online form.
