This is not my newer account! This is an old account that I couldn't get into but now somehow I've gotten back here and can't access the newer forms that I have made. I am also paying now but not getting what I need! Please help or I will need to just cancel!

Which login option are you using?

I assume you are using the option to log-in using google which is directing you to log-in using your other Email address.

Can you try entering your Email and Jotform password within the login field?
