simultaneous access for the same JotForm account

I received the following response to my question from your side:

"Our forms can be filled offline with our Mobile Forms app. However, please note that the app can't be used without a JotForm account."

In that regard, can you please explain whether the same Jotform account can be used by a thousand people at the same time, so they can fill in & submit the questionnaire simultaneously via the app?

We need an anonymous way of collecting questionnaires from thousands of people. Email addresses of these people can not be used due to the GDPR agreements. That's why we need one random email address and a password per company.

Thank you for reaching out to JotForm support. I am not sure what would happen if that many users try to access a single JotForm account. It could cause a dashboard to load up very slowly or stops working entirely.

And if you give away your JotForm's credentials to people outside of your organization, they will also be able to edit your forms as well and there will be security concerns. If you are going to ask a large group of people to submit your form anonymously, we recommend you to share a Form Link and ask them to fill out the form. Your form should be responsive and will be able to fill in using mobile phones.
