    The encrypted form is not decrypting in the Jotform inbox

    Please try viewing the Tables of the form to see if the data is displayed/decrypted there.

    If yes, try to remove the private key and upload it again. Once uploaded, go back to the Inbox page to see if the field is now decrypted.
