    Hello our form is disabled and we would like you to re-enable it please. We did not ask for any personal information such as credit card info we don’t use any of the listed payment methods vis JotForm. This is only to gather client data for their orders. Please reenable our form.

    Hello my form has been disabled again when it was just re-enabled after it was disabled by mistake by your system. Can you all please re-enable my form.

    Sorry about. Seems one of your email notifications caused the re-suspension. I whitelisted it and reactivated your account. Your forms are now back online.
