HIPAA Forms Frequently Not Loading

    Hello JotForm,

    Love your product. However the HIPAA compliant forms are proving unreliable. We are facing frequent downtown with the message "Temporarily Unavailable. We are currently experiencing abnormally high traffic volume and working to restore all services as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience."

    This is a huge problem. Is there anything we can do on our end to reduce downtime?

    Kindly note that that was a temporary issue reported multiple days ago and now is confirmed to be resolved by our developers.

    Are you still experiencing the issue? Can you confirm using different browsers?
