No email notification

    I used a Jotform so that a client of mine could answer some questions and upon filling it out I never recieved an email notification. I checked the settings and I checked my spam. Are you able to see if I was sent the email and if there is something I need to change. I would like to talk over the phone with a rep please.

    Hi Adam,

    It currently looks that your form does not have a Notification email.
    A notification email is the email that is sent to the owner of the form when you receive submissions.
