PDF attachment: Invoices not being attached

Still have an issue with Invoices not being attached. We checked everything and looks fine.

How do we fix this?

After 4 tests sent, 2 have no invoices attached - EWFC Photo Order Form 2021, Cooks River Photo Order Form 2021.

While the other 2 had invoices, but the Starthfield Photo Order Form 2021, worked, the Invoice name is incorrect and is 5MB in size. Why so large. All the invoices are the same.

The only one that worked correctly was the Belmore Eagles Photo Order Form.

This issue is still happening, if it cannot be fixed and be consistent, we will have to go elsewhere.

This is annoying and very frustrating.

Looks like if we untick 'show product images' the EWFC Photo Order Form 2021 works. There was an invoice attachment and the name was correct.

So how do we reduce the 5MB limited on the invoice attachment? Do you know?

Sorely a small image on the invoice stops this process of attaching it to the order. This simple feature works very well with other Forms software!

Thank you again for the detailed screenshots and for testing the issue on your side.

The product images seem to make the PDF file too big, which leads to the occurring issues.
Would it be possible to reduce the size of the product images on your form?

If it is a requirement to have the current product image size, would it be an option to send the images on a separate PDF? It is possible to include multiple PDFs in the email, so dividing the images on a different PDF, if they are part of the order, would also reduce the size of the individual attachments.

To make is work we have to untick the product images.

How do we delete the multiple 'sample Invoices' without, deleting the invoice we want, in this case Strathfield Invoice. We tried this before, but somehow the correct invoice - Strathfield Invoice was deleted, even though it wasn't selected.

Jotform should not delete any other invoice other than the invoice that you specify.
