Save and Continue later: The uploaded images gives a 404 error page

After uploading documents in particular fields, and trying to review them to ensure that they are properly uploaded, I get an error screen. However, they show that they are uploaded. I have reset my application and still get the error screen. This matter is a little urgent so your immediate assistance is greatly appreciated!!

The uploaded file will only be shown when the form is submitted. Have you submitted the form or just saved the session to continue it later?

Which tester upload are you referring to?

Have you submitted a test submission on the same form? You may contact the form owner if they have received your test submission.

You may submit your form once you are sure that the files were uploaded successfully.
