Submitted forms not coming through from Apple products

I work for Georgia Career Institute and one of the forms we use with you all does not seem to work properly on Apple devices, be it iPhone or Macbooks. The user will report that the form "submitted successfully" on their end (providing screenshots as proof)but the completed form never actually submits to us.

Is this a known issue and is there anything we can do to correct it?

    Hello Jonathan,

Are you referring to this form?

Have you embedded the form on any website?

    Looking forward to your response.

No. We are not a medical establishment. We are a school. We do not embed the form, we email the direct jotform link to the students.

    Hello Jonathan,

To my understanding, you haven't received the email notifications and submissions made on your form, correct? I have checked your form, and it seems that there were no submissions made yet on your form. But if you are referring to a different form, kindly provide us with the correct form link to assist you further.

You can create a test submission on your form in preview mode (filling in the form as if you are the responder) then see if you will receive the email notification. You can also verify if the submission is successful by viewing the Tables page. Please refer to the detailed guides below:

Then you can delete and purge the test submission so that this will not be counted against your submission limit: How-to-delete-form-submission-data.

Please give it a try and let us know if the issue persists. Thank you.
