When I send a link it is now requiring access granted to fill out the form. This hasn't always been this way so I do I fix this?

Hi dsmaidstx, thank you for reaching us.
Normally, this happens when the form is set as Private Form. You will need to navigate from Publish > Quick Share, then click on Private Form and change it to Public Form.
