Jotform Import Data: Sent Autoresponder Email via Import Data App

    Also,

    I have it set to send a confirmation email to an email saying they have created an order. That is not working. So there is no confirmation of an order email.

    For some reason, your last reply was not posted successfully on this ticket but I was able to get your message when I checked our mail logs.

    I'm afraid that the email alerts set up on the form (notification/autoresponder) are only sent in the event of actual form submission. Perhaps what you can try to do is to (re)submit the entries in edit mode on the Jotform Tables after you have imported them.

    However, you need to make sure that the "Send on Edit" option of the email alerts in your form is enabled.

    Also, the subject of the email alerts the recipients will receive will include the word "EDIT".

    I have that. I want it to send a PDF when we import as well. It works fine if we use the form but have a client that is making a large amount of orders a day and wants to import. We still need each order to send out an email with a PDF attached.
