I can’t see my submissions I got. But I received my payments.

I need help to figure out why I can’t see my submissions. I’m trying out jotform for my business and I’d hate to have trouble and not buy a plan. Because I really like it. I received pending payments to my PayPal so I know I have submissions. Unless I have to wait until the payments aren’t pending. Thanks.

I believe those pending payments are for those users who filled out the form, got to the Paypal screen, but did not proceed with the payment, and so the submission is not completed resulting in an empty submission.
