The changes I made to the form didn't transfer to the PDF document

    I made changes to a photography contract form and those changes made it into the form, but none of the changes to the body text transfer to the submissions, so while the client will sign one piece of writing, my copy of it has the information all wrong.

    It could be that the PDF document was not updated with the changes you made with your form.

    I would suggest creating a new PDF document to ensure that all fields are updated.
