Why don't I get emails when a form is submitted?

It worked before but now it doesn't. I don't receive a submitted form .

I've checked the last form you were looking at and it doesn't have a notification email. It does have an autoresponder email but it is not set up properly.

Kindly follow the instructions in the guide below to set up notifications and autoresponder emails.
