Does a form have to be submitted with SSLAsked by marmonvalley on November 22, 2013 at 01:16 PM
Does a form have to be submitted with SSL?
It's not necessary but it more or less depends on what you wish to do with your form and where it is embedded. A normal form such as " http://www.jotform.us/xxxxxxxxxx " is non-encrypted meaning it is not using SSL. Whereas a form such as " https://secure.jotform.com/xxxxxxxxxx " is Encrypted and so is the Data that is entered into the Form even after submission. So because of this the form is using SSL to make it more secured. Please see Our Document here about Using SSL on Forms. For a better understanding of what SSL is please refer to this link here " What is SSL and what are Certificates? "
