    Authorize form not capturing address field for infusionsoft CRM

    Ugh!! So, I set up this form for donations, but it looks like only Authorize receives the name and address info. I absolutley need that information, but I can't ask donors to input the same information twice. What's the solution? 

     

    So.. I see that I get teh info, but in one column rather than discreet columns for each thign -- street, city, zip, etc. This won't do. I need to integrate this with my CRM (infusionsoft) and to do that, each piece of information needs to be in its own column. 

     

    I tested the form and got a receipt that lists donation amount, full name, and address, but they are blank. The fields I created myself are filled in.

    Hi there,

    I just want to clarify, are you having issues with Authorize.net or on your Infusionsoft CRM?

    Authorize.net Payment Tool comes with Billing Address, this is passed to your Authorize.net account on every successful payment submissions. Is this the fields you are referring about? Unfortunaetly billing address field is considered as one since it is tied with authorize.net payment tool so there's no way to pass this to your infusion soft as per single field.

    FYI, we have integration with Infusion CRM, this is the last option you could try.
