Issues with image uploads

Hi,

we have had issues with the image upload options for this form here:

We have tried 2 different modules for the image upload: file upload and drag and drop widget. There are many times that it shows a 404 error when attempting to download from the email. here is an example: https://www.jotform.com/uploads/ATLinternet/210103737343142/4907601854113509147/image.jpg

It may work fine on some pc's but not others. I'm having trouble on my phone as well.

What can we do to make this work?

Please go to your account settings and uncheck the following options to be able to download the images from every computer.
