Not getting notifications to 2nd email address

    Hi, recently you guys had told me I can enter a 2nd email address for Form Fill notifications by simply separating the addresses with commas.  I did this but the 2nd email address I added does not receive notifications when the form is filled and submitted.  What could be wrong?  


    The form in question is "Linkedinclusive Strategy Session Form"

    Thanks for reporting.

    Your form recipient setup is correct. The problem might be related with the email server on your second email, kindly review the email messages if they landed to the spam folder or if these messages are being bounced back. Check if Jotform emails are not blacklisted with your email service provider.

    Here's one of the latest logs from our side that proves that the notification was successfully delivered to this email address.

    If the issue persists, please ask your email service provider to whitelist Jotform email IPs and domains How to setup email alerts to prevent email bouncing related issues. This might resolve the problem.
