Download button is missing

I am not able to download my PDF as the download button is missing. Is there a bug in the system? Tried it in both Firefox and Microsoft Edge. Please advise, this is incredibly frustrating.

I am not trying to download submissions. I want to use this as a pdf that I download. Please take another look at my visual as the download button is missing. I need to download the pdf form that I built.

I have checked your form, and it seems that you are referring to downloading the PDF version of your form, correct? Please note that it's not possible to download the Smart PDF form from the form builder page since this is the online version of your form. If you need to download a PDF version of the form you would need to create the PDF version through the PDF Editor. Please refer to the detailed guides below to further assist you:

1) On the form builder, click on the navigation button to access the PDF Editor page:

2) Then, it should take you to the PDF Editor page, wherein you can create the PDF version of the form. Click on the "New PDF" button, then choose the "New PDF Form" :
