Error Message - Temporarily Unavailable

    We heard from some of the applicants using our form that they were receiving an error message. When I tested it, I received a Temporarily Unavailable message as well (seen below). When an applicant tried submitting the form without any attachments, the form worked, but we need applicants to be able to attach documents. Please advise!

    Hi LMCUpward,

    I sincerely apologize for inconvenience this may have caused.

    I would like to mention that this morning there was a small interruption in service on our part. Service was restored to normal at approximately 11:00 A.M. (EST). If you experienced interruptions in service beyond this morning, then disregard this notice.

    I have pulled up your account and I do see multiple forms. To better assist you, please provide either the form name, or the form id that is related to your problem. Additionally, please test the form submission one more time on your end to verify the problem is still occurring.

    Thank you for the reply! I just tested the form and over the weekend, applicants were able to submit the form and upload documents, so I think it's working okay at the moment! The name of form is "Upward Bound 2020-2021 Application." Thank you again for your support.
