PDF file name in Dropbox integration.

Hi,

I am integrating with Dropbox and when I receive a new form it has the submission ID and not the patient's name. I set up in the pdf editor under layout settings the file name to be PatientName.pdf but when I look in Dropbox it's still the number and submission.

Kindly note that specifying a name for PDF documents in PDF Editor has nothing to do with Dropbox integration.

To specify a name after one of your form fields, kindly see the screenshot below.

Are there any messages displayed when you try to open the PDF?
