Come on folks. Youl would think with all the stuff you have going on, it would be EASIER AND FASTER to simply change the email on file that the results goes to.
I continually over and over and over again, setup new customers for you, yet only to have the form results STILLLLLL go to an old email.
PLEASE get your act together and fix this bug. I change the email on file and the results needs to GO TO THAT EMAIL. Simple.Page URL:

Looks like you are just using the test button, rather than filling the form out and submitting it. Test button will always send the test to the default email
Make sure you edit properly the recipient
If this doesn't help to accomplish your scenario, please let us know.
