Hello:
My customers are unable to upload a photo into the form when completing the form on a phone. This is a new problem that I've been having. Could you please let me know how to correct this?

Hello Heather,
We apologize for the inconvenience.
I tested both of your forms on a mobile phone and could not replicate the issue on my end. I was able to upload images from the camera successfully.

Please share the device details so that we can test it on our end. I have also cleared your form cache to avoid any issues related to that.
