Do you provide dynamic form responses

Asked by Dustin on November 22, 2013 at 08:38 PM

Here's what I'm looking to do.

Have a user select their wedding month from a drop down menu.  If they select a month before Ausust 2014 I want them to be taken to one page, if they select August 2014 or after I want them to be taken to another page.  I'd then like to export the form to unbounce.  Is jotform able to do that?

    Hi Dustin,

That's possible with our Conditional Logic function: Conditional Logic on Forms (Skip to a page condition). You will have to use the PageBreak field to be able to do this.

Clone this form so you can see the settings, here's how: How to clone an existing form from a URL. Let us know if you require further assistance.

    Thanks

    Thanks for the response -
Wufoo forms do a similar thing, however I am unhappy with how difficult it
is to integrate them with unbounce. Is your solution easier/able to
    integrate with unbounce?
Also - is it possible to redirect to another web page instead of a form
value like you have in the example?

It is possible to add forms to unbounce utilizing your form's source code.

Unfortunately the form submission process (filling out the form, anything before hitting the submit button) will not allow you to jump to another website. Nevertheless once you hit the submit button you are able to redirect the user to a custom Thank You page.

It sounds to me like you would need multiple forms and have a navigation process prior to accessing the right form for the user.

If you need further support, do let uw know. Thank you.
