Good Day! I applied for a student discount this past week and loaded up my debit card to pay for the one month subscription via the description. The problem is that my card keeps getting declined, I used it recently on the website and it was declined as my computation for the exchange rate was not exact. I now have a sizeable amount loaded to my card but the website keeps declining me? Could I ask for some assistance? I fear that maybe the previous transaction as I mentioned awhile ago may have blacklisted my debit card.
