Payments are not working

    We just upgraded to the Bronze account to receive payments, but everyone trying to fill out the form is receiving an error when entering credit card info. The error says "This account cannot currently make live charges. If you are a customer trying to make a purchase, please contact the owner of this site. Your transaction has not been processed."

    Please help.

    Hi,

    It looks like your Stripe Account specifically has the problem. I would suggest reaching out to Stripe Support to help you fix your account to be able to charge your customers again.
