I was able to replicate the issue. Here's what happened when I clicked that button:

If the issue persist, we need additional information from you when we troubleshoot an issue with the forms. An extra helpful step would be to provide a console report from your browser when the issue happens: https://www.jotform.com/help/453-how-to-get-a-console-report-from-most-common-browsers

    Hello

I stand corrected. It works in Firefox. But doesn't seem to be working on any Chromium based browsers (I tried it on Win10 and even Android)

    Greetings,

Thank you for the updated information.

Could you kindly inform us details of the your android device and the app (browser) that was used to open the link?

I tried on my android phone, and it is working.

Regarding "But doesn't seem to be working on any Chromium based browsers (I tried it on Win10 and even Android)"

Could there be browsers extensions that blocked the link? Kindly try it on fresh/clean Chromium browser without any extensions. And if the issue persist, kindly provide us a console report from your browser when the issue happens: https://www.jotform.com/help/453-how-to-get-a-console-report-from-most-common-browsers and we will forward this to our backend for further checking.

    Thank you. Regards.

    Hi,

    Phones:

Redmi Note Pro 8 - Android - Brave and Edge

    Samsung Galaxy S9 - Android - Chrome

I do not have any extensions. On my home computer I only use the built in ad-blocker of the browsers, but it doesn't make any difference whether its turned on or not.

And on my company laptop I am not allowed to, and even if I wanted to I couldn't, install any extensions.

So the screenshot I sent you guys earlier was already made without any extensions activated.

    Greetings,

Thank you for sharing the console screenshot. That is greatly appreciated.

The CORS Policy seems to be the caused of the problem, but I am not certain about it. I will forward this information our backend team for them to check this further. Once we have an update, you will be notified here

I tried on Win10 - Brave, and it works.

Currently I don't have both of those mobile phones. I tested on OPPO Android - Brave and also Chrome and it works.

In the meantime, try clearing your browser's cache and use FireFox that currently able to work with the links. Are you also having problem in creating forms or opening the form URL on those devices and browsers?

    Regards.

    Hi,

as mentioned earlier it is not a cache problem since I tried it on 4computers and 2 phones (I doubt they all have the same problem with the cache).

The form crwleation and the URLs are working just fine.

I know my way around now it's just that many people don't trust a website where the buttons aren't working. And we wouldn't want that now, do we? ;)

I just tried it on my end using Samsung S9 but can't seem to replicate the issue. However, I can see that my colleagues already relayed the concern to our backend team.
