I just changed our donation page to use jotform for one-time PayPal donations but now PayPal IPN isn't updating our donor mangement system as it always has. We're using Donor Tools (donortools.com) and have not had any problems before this change.
After looking at jotform and PayPal documentation it appears the jotform API overrides the PayPal IPN setting even though the IPN URL is https://arno.donortools.com/integrations/paypal -- is there another way to have jotform collect the information and still use IPN for Donor Tools?

Kindly make sure that the IPN is properly set on your PayPal account, and do make sure the receive IPN Messages are enabled.
This may be used If there is no need for the Incomplete Payments. I do see there is an incomplete payment on your submissions.
Do let us know if the issue persits after having set and enabled the IPN manually. This way we can proceed to assist you further, thank you.

Thanks for your fast response! Unfortunately everything is set up as it has been since March when we began using Donor Tools. The Donor Tools IPN URL is working for recurring payments but stopped working after I added the jotform donation form for those donations. Here's a screenshot of the Donor Tools PayPal settings page:

The jotform donation submission to PayPal appears to overrides the IPN settings:
But other donations use the IPN set up:
As I said before, from reading jotform and PayPal documentation it seems the PayPal IPN setting can be ignored/superceded by the jotform submission and from the screenshots that appears to be the case.
When I created the form I added a Unique ID so we could coordinate updating Donor Tools records as necessary. Is it possible this is interfering with the IPN settings?
It's more convenient for our PayPal data to be sent to Donor Tools via IPN than for me to have to import it but it seems importing may be necessary.
Sorry for the size of the jpegs but I'm too lazy to resize them... and will delete them from our server when this issue is resolved.

Thank you so much for providing screens and we'll detailed explanation.
I will forward this to our developers for further investigation as I am not quite familiar with Paypal IPN setup. I will inquire if there's a possible way to resolve this. FYI, as far as I know we used custom IPN for every PayPal payment type for custom notifications so I could not assure you if there really is a solution, rest assured our higher team will get back to you, or I will let you know if I get information from them.

Do you want to accept payments though JotForm based forms, and send the submission data with PayPal IPN to your DonorTools account?
I would like to recommend you to create a new thread about this, so that we will be able to escalate an additional ticket to our Development Team.

We have implemented an IPN Relay feature so you can have Paypal's notification sent to URLs of your choice.
Please do give it a try and let us know your results.
