When submitting a form with a signature, that signature does not show up in the email. How to fix that?

    Hi,

    When submitting a form with a signature, that signature does not show up in the email. Just a placeholder. How to fix that?

    Is there a way to have the form recipient email be logic based?
    For instance, I want to select recipients based on a dropdown or radio.

    The signature should have shown in the email notification. Could you kindly try to delete the email notification/autoresponder and add it again?
