Notification emails are delayed

    Dear Jotform Team,

    I have a couple of issues with my jotform form.

    1. It takes more time (around 4 hours)to Email verification, after submitting the form

    2.

    Showing error multiple times, for human verification by selecting from pictures

    3.

    Even after submitting the form, now the applicant can re-edit form. It wasn't permitted by us.


    Since we are a start-up firm, I expect an immediate solution for the issues mentioned.

    Your support and helps are my primary motive to go for a premium package of Jotform.

    I have checked your email logs, and they indicate emails are sent only seconds after form submission. You can click here to see how to check your email history.

    Can you please try to whitelist JotForm's IPs and domains, which should speed up the spam process check. You can use the following link to see JotForm's domains and IPs:
