Form created by staff member that has left

    Hi there,


    I, with a colleague that has since left our charity organisation, created a form for prospective volunteers, with the intention to put it on our website.

    This is the links to the form I found from old emails:

    However, I can't access them without logging on to the jotform account (understandably), but having tried entering the two email addresses I use in my role at the charity, then selecting "Forgotten password", I do not receive anything from you to prompt me to log on or receive a temporary password.

    I can't enter the email address of the person that has left the organisation - which is the email I think is the one probably linked to the account - because if that IS the correct email address, the correspondence from you will obviously go to that email address, which is now decommisioned.

    The email address for he member of staff is: sara@hart.works.

    Alternative emails I've tried already (both in use by me) are: martin@hart.works & contact@hart.works.

    With Corona virus, we didn't really need to recruit volunteers last year, but I'd like to use the form that's already made if possible, and get it on the website.

    Any help you can offer would be very much appreciated.

    Greetings,

    I was able to locate an account using the forms you provided above. The account is under the email address s**a*su**y7*@g**il.c*m.

    You may reset the password of the account using that email.

    If you do not have access to that email, I'd suggest contacting the ex-staff member and ask him/her to transfer ownership or change the email address to your business email address.
