I do not know my password

    I do not recall setting one up and now cannot change it

    Hey Gilbert,

    Thank you for reaching out, and apologies for the inconvenience! Can you please try using the "Forgot password?" button on our login page, and let me know if you are able to reset your password? Once you click "Forgot password?" you should be able to enter either your username, or email address, and have a password reset link sent to the email address we have on file.

    Please let me know if you run into any additional issues getting logged into JotForm.
