I created a test form with an upload field for pictures. The files are stored in my Dropbox and in my google drive as well as a google spreadsheet. In the spread sheet i have a link to the uploaded file. I just wanted to know how can I delete the data later or how long it will be saved online? What happens with my dropbox and gogole drive passwort? are they stored?

The uploaded files will remain on JotForm file server as long as the form involved(upload form) submission data exists. Meaning, if you want to delete the file on the server, you can just delete the submissions in the form. You can do this in the form's submissions page.
If you want to delete all of the uploaded files, you can delete the upload field in the form. This will detach all connectivity of the form upload field on the files in the server, resulting to file deletion/erasure.
If the form is integrated to Dropbox, a copy fo the form uploaded files are sent to your dropbox also. This means, that once you have a copy of the files in Dropbox -- it will be safe to delete the submissions on the form's submissions page to free up upload space for your username.
JotForm does not save or store any password on its side. If you noticed, during authentication procedure for dropbox or google drive, the interface is not JotForm anymore. It actually direct you to the dropbox or google website -- because that is where the actual authentication is taking place.
