User account password doesn't "stick"

    A reseller that has created forms with our company has shared 4 forms with us for data retrieval and that is working fine.  I've created an account and can login just fine.  My HR Director has created an account as gwatson@talonlogistics.com and can see everything just fine, too.  The issue is gwatson@talonlogistics.com has to click "forgot password" every time they want to login and view the shared form. 

    My account rhardy@talonlogistics.com the password doesn't have any issue on any subsequent visit but gwatson@talonlogistics.com has to reset her password each visit.  Can you advise?

    Hi Roger,

    If you don't mind, can you clarify why they have to perform forgot password instead of logging in to Jotform directly? Were they getting an error when they log in or is there any specific reason? I check the account and it is in good standing. They should be able to log in just fine and view the shared form. Can you ask them to try it again? If the problem persists, what's the form URL so we can check it too?

    Not having done anything on this end, it started working this morning. No idea….but thank you.
    While I’ve got your attention, can you tell me if it is possible for a user who can view a shared table (as in our situation) is able to export that data? I believe the permissions have to be awarded by the table creator for us to do that but not completely sure that is possible.
